Content on this website is general information about our company and services. It is not an offer or a contract. Minimum contract period
Every contract with Output Digital Marketing (Pvt) Ltd has a minimum term of three months. Services are billed monthly in advance, before each work cycle begins. A contract can be ended after the minimum term, once all outstanding payments have been settled.
Payments and refunds
We do not offer refunds. All payments made to Output Digital Marketing (Pvt) Ltd, including advance payments, monthly fees and project fees, are non-refundable. Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and are governed by that platform's own terms.
No guaranteed results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, competition, customer response and platform decisions. Nothing on this website is a promise of specific leads, sales, revenue, rankings or returns.
Client work and names
Client names and work samples are shown with permission. Brand names, logos and creative work remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer
Output Digital Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is a service provider only. We are hired by clients to provide marketing and advertising services, including running advertising campaigns, creating content and building websites and automation, for promotional purposes.
- We are not part of our clients' business. We have no involvement in, and no control over, a client's business, operations, products, services, pricing, delivery or conduct.
- We do not sell or buy anything on a client's behalf. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or other transaction between a client and its customers, and we do not endorse, verify or guarantee any product or service we promote.
- The client is responsible for what it promotes. Each client is solely responsible for ensuring that its products, services, offers and claims are truthful, lawful and compliant with platform policies.
- No liability for client actions. We are not liable for any fraud, scam, misrepresentation or illegal activity carried out by a client, or for any dispute between a client and its customers.
- Indemnity. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Output Digital Marketing (Pvt) Ltd harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from their products, services, advertising or business activities.
Anyone with a complaint about a product or service advertised by one of our clients should contact that business directly.
Intellectual property
The design, text and images of this website belong to Output Digital Marketing (Pvt) Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This website links to third-party websites, such as social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
