We agree on the scope, responsibilities, and measures before work begins. Then we report weekly and improve the work using available evidence.

The five steps

    Understand the business, offer, customer, current activity, resources, and problems.

    Diagnose

    Find the biggest gaps. Decide what should and should not be prioritised.

  3. 03

    Design the scope

    Agree on services, tasks, quantities, responsibilities, timing, costs, extra costs, and measurement.

  4. 04

    Execute

    Complete the approved work. Use client-owned accounts where possible.

  5. 05

    Measure and improve

    Report weekly. Explain decisions and changes. Improve the work using available evidence.

Commercial terms

Simple and the same for every client. Your proposal confirms the details.

Final scope, quantities and deadlines appear in the proposal. The CEO approves the final price and scope.

Pricing
Work and pricing are customised to your scope.
Currencies
PKR, USD or GBP
Minimum term
Three months for every contract.
Payment
In advance, before each work cycle begins.
Advertising spend
Separate from our fee and paid directly to the platform, from PKR 20,000 a month.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, tools, travel, printing and outside specialists are separate where applicable.
Reviews
Work is shared for approval before it goes live. The review process is set out in your proposal.
Refunds
No refunds. All payments are non-refundable.
Ownership
Completed work belongs to the client after full payment, subject to the agreement and third-party licences.
