This notice explains how Output Digital Marketing (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in Pakistan under No. 0189894, handles personal information when you use this website, contact us or work with us. Our office is at Co For Good, 31 Block Q, Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore 54000, Pakistan.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you complete a form, we receive your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website or social profile if you share it, your main priority, your message, your preferred contact method and whether you would like marketing updates.
Messages. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media, we receive the details and content of that conversation.
Client information. When we provide services, we may access your business accounts and the data inside them, as agreed in your proposal or contract.
Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare an audit, consultation or proposal.
To provide, manage and report on the services you engage us for.
To send occasional marketing tips, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
To keep our website secure and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Hostinger, which hosts this website and processes our form submissions. Enquiries are stored in a private lead register on our hosting account and sent to our business inbox.
Email, WhatsApp and meeting tools we use to communicate with you.
Advertising and software platforms used inside your own accounts when delivering services to you.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Pakistan. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver services and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Client confidentiality

Information about our clients' businesses is treated as confidential. We only show client names or work publicly with permission.

Your choices

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections on this website and restricted access to client accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
