Data requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop marketing messages at any time.
What you can request
- Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: updates to information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion: removal of your information, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
- Stop marketing: no further marketing messages. Every marketing email also includes a way to opt out.
How to make a request
Email info@outputdm.com with the subject "Data request". Please include your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and what you would like us to do.
What happens next
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days and will tell you if we need longer or cannot fulfil part of a request, along with the reason.
Client account data
If you are a client, the data in your advertising, social media, website and automation accounts already belongs to you and remains in your own accounts. When an engagement ends, we remove our access on request.
